Our site features two main areas: the MTC BOOKSTORE and the MTC ONLINE STORE. In our BOOKSTORE, you will find many ELT-ESL titles in all areas, including general English-language courses and ESP (English for Specific Purposes). ESP titles are generally scientific English or other areas of technical English, including VESOL (Vocational English for speakers of other languages) that integrate a structural (grammar) and lexical (vocabulary) approach. All are designed with a strong pedagogical dimension so that learners can improve their language skills.

When you browse our bookstore "catalogue", you will find (1) a brief description of the title along with (2) a photo of the cover, and (3) a detailed table of contents of the book, with at least 2 specimen pages chosen at random to give you an idea of the layout and design. Together with the table of contents this should give you a very accurate idea about the course. Please remember that the specimen pages are in LOW RESOLUTION, but that the books themselves are printed in very HIGH RESOLUTION. This means that if you print out the specimen pages, they will not be as good as the pages in the printed book.

Please know that you may fill your shopping cart and pay using your bank card in all safety. Items are shipped priority mail on the business day following your order. Normal delivery time varies, but can be from 2 to 10 days. In all cases, orders are shipped with proof of delivery (your signature). 24- or 48-hour shipping is possible, but at a much greater cost to you. Contact us for information.

THE ONLINE STORE (LEARNING UNITS)
In our ONLINE LEARNING UNITS you will find many ELT/ESL, ESP units. These attractively-priced pedagogically-structured units are designed for immediate use by teachers and students interested in both everyday English or specialize and technical areas, and needing ready-made materials. Each unit consists of between 6 and 20 pages and is offered in low-resolution and in full color. Answer keys-teacher guides are also available for each unit. Our learning units can therefore be used in the classroom and by individuals for self-study.

1. Choose the learning units you need. Place it in your cart.
2. Proceed to payment validation. If you are a returning customer with an account, enter your login and password. If you are a new customer, register as a new customer.
3. You will then be asked to make payment. Once you have paid, you will receive, immediately, by email your password.
4. Return to your account page, click on the learning units individually. Enter your password. You can now download the unit place it where you wish.

Units are presented in a series (BIOLOGY AND GENETICS, STATISTICS, GENERAL ENGLISH, for instance). For each individual unit you will find a complete description of the contents and approach. You can also see what a page looks like (it's a picture in jpeg format), but to download the entire unit you must first make your payment. Under the provisions of international copyright law you may neither resell any learning unit, nor allow others to obtain access to it without prior payment. You can photocopy it for use in the classroom.
