The course is divided into 5 Files. The basic phone skills course book, Main Exhibits, presents model dialogues, key concepts (techniques), vocabulary and grammar overviews and exercises. At appropriate places students are directed to proceed to one or more pair-work activities in their accompanying pair-work manual A or B. So each student will need Main Exhibits plus either Pair work manual A or B.
The course provides thorough training in phone skills, even handling difficult or grievance calls.
